Burlington Animal Services will offer no-fee adoptions from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, as part of the third annual national Clear the Shelters initiative, sponsored by NBC and Telemundo. More than 153,000 pets have been adopted since the first event, BAS says.
