Blueberry-Pecan Coffee Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ¼ cups granulated sugar

Pinch of salt

1 stick room temperature butter, half a cup, cubed

¾ cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

½ cup rolled oats
