1 large sweet onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced then smashed
1 ½ cups Arborio rice
½ cup white wine
3 ½ cups chicken broth
1 small zucchini, cut into small pieces
1 small yellow summer squash, cut into small pieces
