4        tablespoons flour

2        cups chicken broth

½       cup heavy cream, whipped

3        tablespoons sherry r dry white wine

Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

½       cup grated Parmesan cheese

12-16 thin slices chicken breast, cooked
