Citizen survey

The Town of North Topsail Beach has released a citizen survey as part of its current initiative to create a Comprehensive Systemwide Plan for Parks and Recreation for the Town. A link to an online survey is currently on the homepage of the town’s website, ntbnc.org. The survey goal is to generate responses from a broad range of North Topsail Beach citizens and identify their needs and preferences for recreational opportunities. The results of the survey will be used to influence future plans and would be a part of the Town’s application for North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grants. Eastern Carolina Council is assisting the Town with developing the plan and the final document which will be presented to the Board of Aldermen later this year.
