Hampstead Habitat House held its groundbreaking ceremony on September 22 in Vista Point. Nikki Armstrong and her two children are the recipients of the home. Armstrong will make monthly payments based on a 30-year mortgage and will also be working at least 250 hours during the construction phase of her home. Tentative completion date is January 2013.
