Randolph Sheriff


On June 4, Raymond T. Allred of T. Allred Trucking Inc., Glenola Industrial Drive, Archdale, reported his business along with B&T Express were victims of a larceny. Missing was $150,000 in furniture from a 2014 Freight-liner belonging to Allred. This vehicle was later recovered. A 2003 white automobile was also stolen. This case is under investigation.

Asheboro Police Report


On June 7, Barry Thomas Betts of Wash N’ Glow Car Wash, Brookway Road, Asheboro, reported 11 poles, intended to frame a fence, were set in concrete at his business. Unknown suspects knocked the poles out of place resulting in $500 in repairs.
