Cooks, tradespeople and a colonial-era surgeon will give demonstrations. Rednap Howell, a poet, teacher and satirist of Gov. Tryon, will give a presentation. The Sons of the American Revolution will share a Patriots Day commemoration ceremony. An Anglican church service will be held on Sunday morning.
