Let’s recognize two dedicated people

Most organizations within are blessed with members who believe and will do what they can to support their organization, but seldom do they have two like the Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island's Richard and Loraine Carbone. The Carbones who own Carbone Construction participate in all the programs the Kiwanis present. As members of the Greater Topsail Island Chamber and Commerce and Tourism, they hardly miss a Chamber event. Such was the case of the After Hours event the Chamber presented on behalf of ThreadFx on thursday April 17, 2008.
