Featured Realtor Office

The Topsail Island Association of Realtors met at the Surf City Community Center for their general membership meeting. Association President Jackie James presented The Featured Realtor Office to Lottie Koenig of Genesis Realty. Lottie said she has been in real estate since 2001, first in New Jersey and now in Sneads Ferry. She is broker-owner of Genesis Realty, Inc. and loves very much what she does. After living in South Jersey for many years, she and her husband Dave decided to move to N.C. to be near the water - another new beginning they are thankful for. And they found a new church in Sneads Ferry Presbyterian Church.
