Kiwanis workday at Kiwanis Kids’ Park

The Hampstead Kiwanis designated April 5, 2008 as a workday at the Kiwanis Kids' Park. The building for restrooms and food vendors needed to be painted. Well, The Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island agreed to offer their support on the day for duty, and of course, it rained. Nevertheless, both Kiwanis Clubs showed up and a day's work was accomplished, therefore concession stands and bathrooms got good paint jobs.
