Kiwanis Cinco de Mayo

The Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island sponsored the opening of spring entertainment programs with the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at the Surf City Welcome Center on May 8. The students planned the first plow for the Children's Community Garden, which will take on a new and expanded vision for Hampstead. More is planned for the weeks and months ahead.
