Kiwanis Club welcomed Retired US Navy Captain Terry Bragg

The Topsail Island Kiwanis Club welcomed Retired US Navy Captain Terry Bragg to speak about his involvement the USS North Carolina Memorial in Wilmington. Retired Captain David R. Schew also spoke to the Kiwanians on what happened to be his last day on duty. The event took place at the Holly Ridge Smokehouse during the club’s weekly breakfast. Captain Bragg spoke of the progress that his been made to date. With all of the activities he plans to implement, he will have his hands full and the memorial will be better for it. He is from Jacksonville, so he feels right at home on the North Carolina.
