Kiwanis welcome Lori Brill

The Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island welcomed Lori A. Brill, Pender County Manager, as their Tuesday morning program speaker. Brill came to Pender County in February 2007, from serving in Onslow County as Assistant County Manager and Special Projects Officer P-10. Brill is a native of Minnesota and has a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations, and a Masters degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
