Barking About Barking

With the tourist season quickly approaching, I hope that everyone will be considerate of others if they own dogs or bring dogs to the beach. The houses are in close proximity at the beach and dogs left on the deck to bark at every passerby are a disturbance to both residents and those who are trying to enjoy their vacation. Certainly the quests to our island did not pay to hear a dog bark incessantly as they try to have a quiet stroll down our streets in the morning or evening. Be considerate; if your dog is prone to barking- leave the animal inside.
